Are you sick and tired of constantly feeling sick and tired?

Sick of spending hours doing cardio and feeling like you’re constantly having to restrict yourself from food, jumping from one diet to the next? Do you just want to be able to enjoy food and exercise again?

Trust me, I’ve been there!

5 years ago I joined a gym. I was terrified of the weights thinking it would make me look like a man, so I stuck to cardio and ab workouts. I quickly discovered calories and began obsessing over them. I began skipping meals, restricting myself, weighing my food down to the gram. Even spinach! I began to exercise excessively, doing 1-2 hours of cardio, abs and HIIT daily. Even when I had become very underweight, I would still look in the mirror and cry, thinking I had more fat to lose.

My mind was not allowing me to see how sick I had become...

Fortunately, I came across strong and beautiful women who were lifting weights and eating to fuel their bodies. I discovered that lifting weights does not make you look like a man, and building muscle requires you to eat more food to maintain it! I began lifting weights, eating to fuel my body, and still enjoyed the foods I love. My mindset completely changed! I finally felt strong and confident. I no longer valued myself based on the number on the scale, and now I want to help others feel the same! Let’s break the cruel cycle of undereating and overtraining!

Let me help you find balance, and get sustainable results by creating a lifestyle that suits you!

Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavour. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I firmly believe in the positive benefits fitness brings to all areas of our lives.
