This privacy policy is for CRV Fitness which is a product of CRV Fitness – any reference to “CRV Fitness” in the following articles is in reference to CRV Fitness. WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH OTHER PARTIES – YOUR CONFIDENTIALITY IS KEY TO US.

When you register for an account via the CRV Fitness website and mobile app:
Via Email: Your Full Name, password and email address.
Profile information that you provide for your user profile:
Age, Gender, Height, Weight, Acitivity Level, Goal, Diet Type, Forum discussions, measurements and progress pictures.
Private Information: All content shared on CRV Fitness is private to the public. We do not make content public in any way.
Communications between you and CRV Fitness. For example, we may send you Service-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). Note that you may not opt out of Service-related e-mails.
Your email and password are private and not available to the public.

Technical information we collect:

Additionally, any use of CRV Fitness’s website and/or software may result in the collection of technical information such as your computer’s IP address, mobile device identifier, meta data, operating system, browser name/version, the referring web page, requested page; such information is used to help us understand the overall usage pattern of our website and software.
We also use third-party analytics tools to help us measure how you use CRV Fitness. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including how you like to use our software and website which can help us in improving our Service.

We use commercially reasonable precautions to help keep your personal information safe and stored securely. However, CRV Fitness cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to CRV Fitness or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
Please do your part to help us. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails between you and CRV Fitness, at all times. Your privacy settings may also be affected by changes the social media services you connect to CRV Fitness make to their services. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security measures of any other organization.
Following termination or deactivation of your account, CRV Fitness, its Affiliates, or its Service Providers may retain information (including your profile information) and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.

CRV Fitness does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
CRV Fitness may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it periodically. Your continued use of CRV Fitness or the Service after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification.

f. inferences drawn from other Personal Data (dietary preferences, information you provide about yourself and any preferences in your User Account, communications with us or directed to us via letters, emails, chat services, calls, and social media, fitness activity data provided by you on the Platform or generated through your use of the CRV Fitness website and app, including activity data generated by the devices that you connect to the CRV Fitness  website and app where you have selected particular services or features on the Platform, contacts and calendar information);
We will not process your Personal Data for purposes which are materially different, unrelated, or incompatible with the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy without providing you notice.
